Hi, I am Jim Chaplin
Patriot Bank Mortgage offers a full range of Mortgage Products along with consistently exemplary service. Processing, underwriting and closing functions are all “in house”, so my representations are entirely manageable. Each customer also has personalized access to a comprehensive array of personal and business bank products. Additionally, I have the authority to cooperate with (broker out to) other lenders for products not offered by Patriot Bank Mortgage.  These include construction loans (for the time being) and second liens.
